Is true. All the EE is is an Emergency Edition. You pay an extra $600 for 2mb of L3 cache. All they did was slap another meg of cache on a xeon core and charged like $950 for it. Really really stupid idea.

It won't for me, it's my processor's limit on 1.7v that is my problem, it just won't ramp any higher with stability. I have a 6800Gt on pre-order and I want the 250GB because it is optimized to run the best possible with nv40 because of forceware optimizations, and I want the features it offers too.

Not really my post had hyperbole and flame to provoke t2000 to investigate:) I know it's over the top.:D

Nothing wrong with P4 northwoods I recommend them all the time.
