you can get a TI4400 for about that or a 9500. i go with the 9500.

the 9500 pro kills the TI4200 and 4400. and its on part if not better then the 4600 IIRC

just as long as you check resellerratings.com to make sure it's a good legit vendor, then you should be okay.

What would you use the video card for? I bought my Geforce 3 on eBay like last summer for $65, and it's been working like a charm ever since - I don't really see the need to ugprade more. GF3's should be like $50 now.
