ok, is this how the fan is supposed to be??

When I booted up for the first time, i can feel the air from the CPU and the rear fan
but now when i get close to the fans, i dont feel any air, it is spinning but no air, which one is right>?

Is the fan blowing INTO the hsf? It probably is. So, you wouldn't feel any air right above it, because in that area its set to SUCK....

could be dust build up. Get a can of air, and blow baby blow!
