Ok I need your guys' input on an upgrade

Here's what I'm about to get, probably within the next week:
T-bird 1.2 (266)
i don't know what kind of mobo to get
256MB ddr ram

I have everything else that I need. actually, I'll probably want to get a new case w/300 watt ps too.
any suggestions? (i know its kind of vague)

You'll need a 300w power supply anyhow to support the t-bird. make sure you get a case w/good fans (at least 2 fans and extra space so you can add one more if you decide to).

Video card: I'd get the ATI Radon or the ATI Radon All in Wonder

Nice cards, kinda pricey, but worth it.

case: antec sx830(beige), or antec sx1030(beige or black)

2d: matrox g450
3d: nvidia geforce2 or geforce2 mx, depending on your budget.
