Ok i need info on these middle aged cards!

ok i have these three cards i need info and maybe benchmarks to see what range they are!

nVidia Riva TNT2 64 Vanta (asus)
nVidia Riva TNT2 64 Vanta (oem gateway saysNV996)
ATi Rage 128 (says r128 on bios chip) and 1998 :(





i just need info and benchmarks and reviews on these cards just planning to use them like integrated graphics


are these compatible with riva tuner or ati tool? lol but true lol

The database at www.gpureview.com has charts for both kinds of cards. Personally, I've owned one of the rage 128's and one of the TNT2 cards. The TNT2 was the better of them. If any video overclock software worked with them, I never heard about it doing so.

The TNT2 64 Vanta was the lower end of the TNT2 cards, since they only have a 64bit memory bus, IIRC. They're probably faster than the Rage128, and compare to say, a Voodoo2 or Voodoo3 2000.

I had a Rage 128 card for a short time, it was about equal in performance to the original TNT.

TNT2 Vantas are hadicapped TNT2 cards.

I think powerstrip should work with all those cards. Also, Coolbits should work with the TNT2 cards, no?

Coolbits were revealed soon after nVidia started the Detonator driver series, so yes.
