Ok I haven't had a good rant on here for QUITE awhile, but this kind of Auction TICKS ME OFF

There is this seller on Ebay that really ticks me off.

He calls what he does a "Auction"?? But what he is really doing is using Ebay as his own online store.

He has the first bid @ the same price as his BUY NOW price, or sometimes he has the reserve set maybe a $1.00 less than his buy now price (Or at least what he's willing to sell it for)...But according to him it's NO Reserve???

If you do a search for VW Type 3 (Or any VW parts) you will see what I'm talking about.

Don't you think this is shady practice? Personally I think they shouldn't allow this kind of "Auction" because IMO this is NOT a auction.

I've noticed that too, & I think EBay needs to have a seperate division for resellers, or @ least a box to click to take them out of the search.
