You specialize in all areas of law to keep the lights on. When you have money in the bank, you can afford to be choosy.

I am going to ultimately specialize in whatever pays me the most / what I enjoy the most.

Smart man! My grandfather was a lawyer before eventually becoming a supreme court judge in Canada. He said his bills added to more than his income and he lived in ONE ROOM! After a few years, he started to make some money....as the years went by, he made more and more....and always said to keep "doors open and do what you love!"

She is sick, but she appears comfy 🙂 She wags her tail, and her nose is wet. Her eyes get kinda glassy every now and again, but she has been barking at the mailman, and playing. She spends most of her free time laying on our feet 🙂

I also came via your Life Sucks thread. Glad to know that things have turned around for the better. Still sorry to hear about your dog. I know that's tough to deal with. Losing a dog is like losing a child (in my opinion, anyway). As for the wife, everyone seems to be ready to give out "Kick 'er to the curb" advice, but you're really the only person who has all the details on what's going on. I hope you can get it all worked out to whatever satisfaction you're looking to get out of it all.
