Ok, i'm just wondering here.....i ebayed a couple of my dell systems. one auction i did the system and the monitor, another i posted 3 systems (no monitor) dutch, and one system (no monitor) with a buy it now. i clearly omit the monitor pix and info from the system only auction.

i get about 8 emails in an hour......dude i'm confused. do all your auctions come with a monitor?

so i'm like ok, screw it. i add monitors to all the systems. and i say "due to popular demand I am adding a 17" LCD with this system auction"

i go to a friends house at about 5:30. i got back home aroun 9:30

I get 10 e-mails. do your auctions come with a monitor?

i dont know whats worse. people asking for stuff you clearly didnt include, succumbing to the demand and changing your auction, or people too stupid to read the addition to the listing.

I'm sure it is aggrivating, but I also bet that some people want to be absolutely sure of what they are getting before they bid. I mean, if I was about to spend around $2000 on something, I would want to make absolutely sure that I knew what I was getting for my money.

That doesn't necessarily excuse the fact that the people seem to be unable to read, but I also don't blame them for asking.

i dont mind people asking for specs that arent in the listing, but if its a question that can be answered by comprehending a sentence that I composed for their informational pleasure beforehand, it gets a little annoying. especially 10 at a time

I just sold some stuff and I used to sell more on there. Many of the questions were:

"How much to ship?" when it's clearly stated in big red words that are centered.
"Does it come with a hard drive?" when it clearly states that a XX Gig hard drive is included.
"Does it come with memory?" when it says includes XX memory or when it says does not include memory.
"Does it include a CPU?" when the title and body clearly states 1 Ghz, 1.4 Ghz, etc!

What's wrong with people? How did all these AOL'ers escape?

That stuff still happens even here at AT. When I put up my video card for sale, you'd see the same moronic people talking in some of the PM's I got.
