...and I don't want to screw this up

System-
AMD 1.4G t-bird
Epox 8K7A+
2x IBM 60 series 60 gig HD configured RAID 0
512 meg Crucial DDR

CD burner
DVD drive
etc.

XP pro
Have a 30 gig seagate I can throw in.

I had ME installed and replaced it with XP. I was then reading how I could convert to NTFS and how great that was. So I did it. Now my RAID 0 super fast setup is as fast as an ATA-66 single drive- almost. Seems that the converstion was not done in the most efficient way. Now I have passwords, emails, well more things than I can remember on here and I dont want to lose them. So how do I go about saving what I need, and get this thing back up to speed? Remember, I don't know what files to save, or if I need special software. I hang out here because I like the people, and I am a technical kinda guy, but my field of expertise is not computers. Oh well. Little help?

Well, the conversion itself was not meant to really keep anything. How did you get to the conclusion that RAID was running as fast as a ATA-66? You're not using Sandra or something are you?
