It's 15f out and getting colder, it's nice and toasty in here $$. I saved money by buying my liquor in bulk last week.
 
It's a police state around here on New Years. A couple years ago we went to pick up a friend that got off at midnight, and on the freeway ride up to get him there were cops parked on the side of the freeway every half-mile.
One little weave of the car, and you're headed to jail. Fcuk this BS.
 
Busy troubleshooting why I can't format two hard drives that are not dying.

Actually we usually go out, I even took the early shift at work so I can go out, but for whatever reason, my mom is going totally insane cleaning the house (again - she just did that, like not even 2 days ago) and my dad is watching USA vs Canada hockey game (was tied last I passed by the TV 😀)

So yeah, guess we're doing F all this year. If I had known I would have checked with co workers what they're doing since I would rather be out now then troubleshooting a server issue.
 
I don't have many friends left at home and they aren't on LI for new years, so I'm just chillin' at home till I go back to Chicago on Saturday.
 
We were going to some friends' place for dinner and what not, but they both got sick. One drove to the hospital today. So now we're in

sucks when you wake up thinking "Hmm, gonna be having lamb tonight. Yummy!" ....then not 🙁

We just got a fresh coat of powder and it's 15 degrees F out without the wind. Pair that up with the fact that Suffolk County cops only earn their pay on this night and I'm staying within walking distance of my house tonight.

No friends/fam or whatever that wants to hang out with me. I'll be walking my dog when the ball drops so that I can at least hear all the commotion that other people are making. 🙂
