What does it really mean when posters reply with here have a ?

Seems like it would mean good job. But it seems to me to be more often used sarcastically than not. Haven't seen this off ATOT but then I don't post in many other forums. What's the origin of this if it is an ATOT specific thing.

Indeed only an idiot would post anything else as a first 2nd or 3rd response to a post like mine. I suspect the next reply will be a too. But when you guys get tired of posting cookies would be nice for someone to answer 🙂
