Neat!!!

I bet it would take some time to get the engine to run well... balance and fit is very important with sterling engines.

Edit: lol, most people here probably don't even know what a sterling engine or the sterling cycle is.

Well it's up and running, not the fastest,smoothest running engine I ever built but it does run :)

Tried running on a hot cup of coffee, still too inefficiant from excessive friction but she cranks when fired from a can of sterno.

Thinking about machining a real one from aluminum bar stock and using real bearings.
