ive got this so i can turn my computer off without touching it (cant sleep in complete silence so leave the gentle humming of computer fans going, then it shuts down itself during the night so as not to be on 24/7)

the message says in one hour, but i changed 3600 to 7200 so it actually takes 2 hours count down before it turns off
