The Bachelor is on tonite. Anybody watching it? Anybody knwo what I'm talking about? And yes, I Know the show is way trashy and I should find something more productive to do on Mondays at 9pm but I'm seriously addicted to this show. The last episode was so crazy! When one of the girls didn't get picked she had like an asthma attack and the ambulance had to come. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. anyways thoughts and opinions on who he's going to end up with? 😛

i liked the girl that had the ambulance come. I think its pretty interesting, this guy is lucky to have so many beautiful intelligent women going after him.
 
i was just flipping channels i rarely watch TV, and saw it and i was like wtf is this crap. Then i stopped watching TV figuring if that can be on TV, who knows what lurks on the other channels

I have NO idea. which just adds to the show. hehe. They all want him BAD. Supposedly he's an Ivy Leaguer too.

And if people would like to thread crap it's ok, I was prepared for it when I made the post. And I agree, the show is absurd and they should stop making shows like this. But they won't because people like me will continue to watch this drivel 😛

Watching TV because you wish to be entertained is perfectly ok !!! lol, I just don't see much difference between say "Animal Planet" and ATOT 🙂
 
I got sucked in last week. I'm watching it now because there is nothing better on and it is nice to have the TV on in the background. How old is this guy, and where did he get his money? It is so crazy that the first chick on tonight is only 24. She looks more like 26 or 27. I'm a 22 year old boy, and she is a 24 year old woman.

Okay, weezergirl, i'm watching this show tonight because i've lost all hope on doing something productive.

What the heck is this? He's visiting these girls' families? What family condones this for their daughter?

"Why should I marry your daughter? What qualities would you say are good about her?"

If I was her father, I'd punch him in the face.
 
haha. i totally agree. "Let's bring the bachelor home to see if my parents approve of you" HELLO. IF YOUR PARENTS APPROVED OF U GOING ON THIS TYPE OF SHOW I DOUBT THEY HAVE HIGH STANDARDS. 😛
 
Didn't one of the major networks have some marry a millionaire a while back and after the taping/airing, the winner divorced the millionaire after finding out about some ... domestic abuse(? -- sorry, I'm not *that* into trash TV 😛) conviction or charge? My money's on something cropping up like that with this Bachelor show. 😀

My cousin told me about it last week and I saw it for the first time. I think it's pretty crazy that they're actually going to get married. (Whoever he picks.) :Q 😕
 
lol. ok i'll admit. I started watching last week. i was over at a friend's house and she had the channel on. so we had dinner and watched the show. The girl that has the attack at the end of the show is rhonda. lol. i thought that was kinda interesting considering hwo desperate she was to get this guy. she is in her late 20's and had a job that paid her bills. now she was just wanting to get her life "started". But, she did it in teh wrong ways. that is what makes this show funny.

also, i was reading on the abc forums and people were sorta pissed at tonight's results. I wont tell you weezer since you havent seen it yet but there is one scene that was pretty funny and made a few posts stir in the abc forums. lol. it has something to do with a dog. hehe

i'll post later once youve seen the show. btw, are u in CA or something? im in central time and it ended at 9 for us(almost 10 now)

yeah for sure i thought shannon was going to get booted. they had some conflicts and it just showed in her little video clip at the end that she was lying through her teeth to try to convince him to keep her on another week.

did u see her little clip of when she walked out on their alone time to go fetch the dog back?? lol. that was pretty funny. ahhaha

that and the kid by the arm thing. hehe

her dog was more important then anything and she refused to talk about intimacy. i really thought she was gonna get the boot.
