I just spilled some orange juice onto my mouse while playing counter-strike. I took paper towel and wiped off as much as I could but I know some OJ has got into the mouse. There isnt much, but it's still has the sticky feeling. Otherwise, the light is still operating and all buttons still work. Should I open up the little mouse? Does anyone know how to open this thing? There is no screw to play with.

Yes. YOu can also use the windows XP help to do some technical support through Microsoft. If you can convince the tech there that the mouse died a natural death he will give you a case number and tell you to call an 800 number to have a new one sent to you.

were you wearing gloves or bruno magli shoes at the time of death related to OJ? Will you continue to seek out the truth in regards to the mysterious death? Forgive me, I had to.

Really? What if they ask you questions like how did the mouse die? The fact is.... my mouse is still working, just that it doesnt click as well as before I spilled some OJ onto it. Anyway, do you have the 1-800 number for Microsoft's RMA department? I'll just give it a shot.

You'll have to deal with a tech who will give you a reference number and then you can call the 800 number. I doubt that he'll give you that number if you tell him that you spilled orange juice on it but it's worth a shot.
