It's actually pretty informative. I skipped about 20 mins in the beginning as it was moving so slow, and watched the mid 1/3 or so, but the that part moved along with a good deal of info on OJ's son. His son was manic depressive, had a drug and alcohol addiction, and was a sous-chef (and carried his own knives with him).

The motive was that Nicole had canceled some diner party at Jason's restaurant for that night (was supposed to be the first time her/his whole family came to his place of work) and he could have lost it since he was off his prescription drugs.

He has a colorful past consisting of many physical attacks, with a knife at least once, and was in and out of mental institutions.

Some interesting bits include the fact that the LAPD wrote him off as a suspect because he was "cooking in front of 200 people that night". A waiter at the restaurant told the investigator in this piece that they never have 200 people on a Sunday, and he remembers Jason leaving at 9:30pm with his girlfriend, as was the norm on a Sunday.

Jason was never interviewed by LAPD for the criminal trial, and his girlfriend told LAPD that they drove to her house that night and Jason stayed there all night. Fast forward to the civil trial, Jason is deposed, and he tells the lawyers that he dropped her off that night and then drove to his house and stayed in watching TV all night.

Those are the juicy bits. Basically the investigator/narrator is saying the LAPD are a bunch of fuck ups, which we all knew already.

...there is NO evidence that cops tampered with evidence...just that they were sloppy with their handling of the evidence and in the case made against Simpson.

Patently false. You should have kept up with the case. It came out at the trial that blood found inside Simpson's home was contaminated with a blood preservative. It came out at the trial that blood taken from Simpson was missing.

By the way, that video is fairly convincing.

OK, did they explain why he led police on the infamous Bronco chase if he didn't do it?

I'm 50 minutes in and it all seems pretty plausible. Imagine for a second that you are a father and your son killed someone you loved. The car chase was likely him trying to think about what to do, which is why he was supposedly considering suicide during the drive.

"ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, I have one final thing I want you to consider. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Chewbacca. Chewbacca is a Wookiee from the planet Kashyyyk. But Chewbacca lives on the planet Endor. Now think about it; that does not make sense! Why would a Wookiee, an eight-foot tall Wookiee, want to live on Endor, with a bunch of two-foot tall Ewoks? That does not make sense! But more important, you have to ask yourself: What does this have to do with this case? Nothing. Ladies and gentlemen, it has nothing to do with this case! It does not make sense! Look at me. I'm a lawyer defending a major record company, and I'm talkin' about Chewbacca! Does that make sense? Ladies and gentlemen, I am not making any sense! None of this makes sense! And so you have to remember, when you're in that jury room deliberatin' and conjugatin' the Emancipation Proclamation, does it make sense? No! Ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, it does not make sense! If Chewbacca lives on Endor, you must acquit! The defense rests"

He was at the scene of the crime after the fact, but didn't commit the murders.

Watched the video... this guy presents a very good argument. I don't know if I believe it or not but it's enough good, new information to make me consider it.

His theory is interesting and sounds plausible...but that investigator guy oozes a "self-absorbed sensationalist shyster" vibe.

interesting but yeah the main guy talking annoys me.

I think the problem with the OJ trial was that it was turned into a circus. There are plenty of things OJ's lawyers could have presented without making it a show that can raise reasonable doubt. But probably none of us would have really cared if it wasn't made into a show.

I know I certainly wouldn't have cared. Plus we would not have had the Chewbacca defense segment from southpark.

Funny how everyone who hasn't watched the video is adamant that he's guilty, yet everyone who bothered to watch it says the guys makes a plausible case.

/me is off to watch video

Did you continue watching after he informed us that he "intuitively has the ablility to enter the mind of a criminal"?

There is no statute of limitations for murder... so why hasn't he been arrested if the evidence is so strong.

Anybody can put a video together and fabricate or interpret evidences to fit their main thesis. Just look at the 911 stuff on the internet.

Let me ask you, are you a twuther?
