If so, I'd like to talk to that person and try to find out WTF is wrong with them.

well there was 12 of them...

12 people who think he wasn't proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That's a far cry from "he didn't do it."

12 people of whom most were of the same race...it cannot be denied their was a major race card during the trial...

This situation was going on around the same time as the JonBenét Ramsey incident and you could easily draw race conclusions based on how the parents of this missing girl were being treated v.s. O.J. Both had money, both were well known, but OJ was black. I don't believe OJ is innocent but he worked the jutice system (attorneys) in his favor. So many people in this world works the jutice system and gets away with it. People around the world hated it because you have a black dude who got away will killing a white woman.
yeh, it was ALL about race.

race isn't what it's about for me. it's about disgust that anyone was able to use his money, fame, personality, and good looks to swoon a jury into a not guilty verdict. (and a damn good legal team helped, but that was thanks to money and fame)

not to mention there was evidence on a completely different level in the OJ case. DNA, Blood, weapons, motive, etc. The only people who played the race card in the OJ case were those who let him walk.

Yeah and there is evidence that the crime scene investigators that handled the very evidence mishandled it and possibly planted evidence. Remember the glove incident. When doing a scientific experiment and it?s found that your very samples or data you collect is incorrect you got to throw out the data for being unreliable. I think if found most judges would have to. He was guilty for doing what he did. But OJ?s attorneys took advantage of the legal system in his favor

Whenever you are rich/famous you will find the laws of justice apply to you very differently. People with money who can hire multiple attorneys can delay and reduce penalties for the very illegal acts they commit.

Your example fails considering she was sent back to jail. Look at Tyco, Enron and others. The system is flawed sure, but you just can't cherry pick examples. Hiring a good lawyer is an advantage but it is no guarantee.

Yes, and I said she went back to jail (READ). I picked one example. Did we every find out what happened to Ramsey. No, after soo long you would think they would of caught someone. But then again the Ramseys aren't middle class or even lower class by all means..... This justice system treats persons of different social and economical classes differently.. And race is one identifier.

did i say this was THE ONLY time this has ever happened? 😕
no.

we are talking the murder of two innocent people here, and that raises the disgust level in comparison to Paris Hilton's jail time. i don't even know that Paris is comparable to this situation at all. she got hers eventually. OJ got off scot free

His image is ruined. He's in financial ruin and everyone hates him. He had a civil case with the parents and he owed them lots of money. So I woudn't exactly say he got off scott free.

Quite true, just because they said he wasn't guilty, that means they found that the prosecution did not present enough evidence to prove him guilty without a shadow of a doubt. Reminds me of the Chappelle Show skit with Dave Chappelle being brought in to testify against R. Kelly. 😛

How many old german Nazis are walking round the U.S. You know the ones that shoved millions of jews in furances. How many old white previous KKK members were walking around and still are possibly who were responsible for various hangings/lynchings etc..... Who was that white guy they just caught who was responsible for hangings....

OK so what your saying is that you care and get angry about OJ getting off but you don't care about a german who shoved several Jews into furnaces (with no justification for such a murder(s)).

Ever here of this little thing called the Nuremburg Trials?

Read up on it sometime before talking out of your ass.

That's because he owes people money in the civil ruling....

The fact that OJ is free just epitomizes how bad the US Judicial system is. It simply isn't as fair as some people might think. Now if i did it, then I think I would just admit to it because I couldn't go through life trying to avoid a lie like that.

sadly you are right. it is not fair. this trial, teh BS with Nifong, and paris should be proof of that.

So your saying they caught everybody responsible during the nuremburg trails. No, in the past they have found others who passed though the cracks.

I see nothing wrong with his response to her "why am i supposed to give a f*ck?".

The court ruled him not guilty. That mean he is not guilty in the eyes to laws. You sure as hell don't want to change the system where you are guilty until proven innonce.

paris is actually getting a more harsh sentence than about 90% of people convicted of driving with a suspended license.

but don't let facts get in the way of your politics.

oh, and 'of' is not 'have.'
