Kinda simple, to see if we can accurately predict the outcome. Today, oil is at about $120/bbl.

Note, that you have to factor in inflation, and or the rise and fall of the dollar to make it fair.

Can we predict better than the pundits???? Only time will tell!

Once the Democrats win,(Whoever that may be), then oil prices will plummet.

Its already way overpriced right now. All commodities are. You see the stupid "shortage" of rice news articles we already have? What a bunch of BS. Oil will come down once goldman sachs stops speculating the shit out of it

Actually, rice is worse off than oil. Rice was over produced for decades and stores a LONG time. Countries have been eating through their stored rice for way too many years and let the production drop much lower than consumption levels. We're hitting the end of the stored rice and now don't produce enough to meet demand.

I think that soon something will snap for oil production. Sooner or later the government is going to threaten to regulate the oil companies (we may have to wait for a new president though) and it will come down.

Drop below $40 once the big auto makers announce production of electric only vehicles and consumers gives big oil the middle finger. I can dream.
