I recently purchased an Fram PH3614 Oil filter at the flea market for $1.00 since it was usually $4 retail. (Good deal for me, or i can just give it to a friend)
Now the question is..
How do I get a "detail/full list of of what cars/truck this fits?
I check the box and it only list manufactures (which includes most of them) Fram website help if you know the make/model of the car you want fram to find the oil filter for.. What I need is a "reserse" (sp) application listing.
PS I don't want to stand at an autoparts store looking it up. Does any1 know where I can download oil filter reference guide (eg the one in the store, it could be a Pennzoil, Champion, Mobil.....)
Question 2: What happens if you install a smaller oil filter than the one that is called for than the OEM one. (about 1.5 includes shorter in height)?
