Oil Brands which one should I buy?

Alright, I got an Integra GSR.

It needs 5W30 oil.

What brand should I buy? and should I get synthetic? Current milage 107100

I believe I've been using Castrol.

German castrol is too expensive. Like $30 for enough to use in an oil change. Mobil 1 is my recommendation.

Doesn't matter. Any name-brand oil will work if it's the correct weight. You will not notice a difference.

i would recommend mobil 1 synthetic for Honda engines. 5W-30 is synthetic blend, and 10W-30 is full synthetic. Either one would work with your gsr if you live around so.cal. If you're in colder regions, it is best to go with 5W-30.
