Am not sure if this is ironic or expected.

He left a war torn country to come to what he thought was paradise. Was harassed by his "saviors". Used the American right to own a gun and killed people for saying Muslims were violent.

tbh I can see how this might have happened. He came here at age 11 apparently, perfect time right as those hormones start stirring, and also just in time to catch a wave of middle school bullying, probably with an extra racial/religious element being that he grew up in Ohio. Obviously doesn't justify what he did and it was a good shoot on the cop's part, but I doubt this guy was a hardcore Islamist type as much as a frustrated outcast type.

Come on, authorities are still looking for a motive. My bet is on 'workplace violence'. We just can't know.

As NBC reported it:

Abdul Razak Ali Artan, 18, wrote on what appears to be his Facebook page that he had reached a "boiling point," made a reference to "lone wolf attacks" and cited radical cleric Anwar al-Awlaki.

"America! Stop interfering with other countries, especially Muslim Ummah [community]. We are not weak. We are not weak, remember that," the post said.

Two hours before that, a cryptic post on the page said: "Forgive and forget. Love."

Officials cautioned that they have not determined a motive for the ambush...

Probably workplace violence. I think it's very hard to untangle. Motives are cloudy.

Trump types absolutely vilify muslims, one of them acts out in response, trump types celebrate because they got what they wanted.

Yeah it really is comical you'll never comprehend what you replied to, and feel proud of it.

I had a wild thought, could you be an alt right believer, posting as a lunatic left winger to make the alt right folks seem more palatable?

The election is evidence enough that the alt-right is already quite palatable to the entire conservative/gop sector, incl yourself. I mean, it makes perfect sense that getting mocked makes people racist, to racists at least.

It's also comical that people who find you to be dumb are "lunatic", which I suppose is why your sort believe schools are staffed by crazies.

So, when the students were told to "run, hide, fight", what exactly were they supposed to fight with? Words?

Comments like these don't help, nor do the comments that try to portray all people of color or other nationalities as dangerous.
You have to excuse him, he does not have the benefit of age or experience on his side. I'm guessing, based on his childish manners hes in his early to mid teens. Most likely from a broken family with at least one parent in and out of jail.

Then why it is that you're the one who can only mouth off like the sort you just described?

Agreed, something's up, dysfunctional/co-dependent family, opiate abuse, something....

Safety (diaper) pins?

I read the guidelines they're pretty basic and stuff most people know. Basically abandon your gear when you run, help people out if it doesn't put you in jeopardy, locked doors are best, silence you phone when hiding, look for sturdy objects if there is no escape route, team up with others if possible.
All pretty basic stuff. Similar to those occasional fire drill/meetings at work, they are just to confirm understanding.
