I just saw this movie and it is the worst thing I've seen this year :|

However there is a foolproof method to determine if it's bad. Just look for the following words or phrases and if any of them appear, stay away:

Antonio Banderas
"based on a novel by Stephen King..."

Ok, those two aren't entirely true. Antonio Banderas was in "Four Rooms" which was absolutley fantastic. He was also in Desperado and while the movie is pretty corny it's still cool.

As for Stephen King based movies, there have been a few good ones. But yes, there have also been unbelievably bad ones too.

It was quite possibly the worst movie I have ever seen.

I went w/ a few friends never even hearing of the movie; I remained positive thinking Lucy Liu wouldn't stoop to such levels. She could stoop no lower as it was the worst continuum of proverbial explosions I have ever had the misfortune to witness.

well... it is a video game translation... what do you expect? To date... i dont think there has really been one decent videogame to movie translation.

It can't be any worse than the Street Fighter movie. But then again, Capcom had the balls to make Street Fighter: The Movie, which is a game based on a movie based on a game. :Q
