It's so fricken easy to figure out how it works 🙂
You can tell that there's a frame in the gown, and she just bends down.. to make her head come down.
Look closely at her knees when her head falls off, you'll notice that they bend.
The magic is in the gown.

negative, she uses her hands as the shoulder frame. The arms you see outside the gown aren't real. Other than that, you've figured out the trick!

One of the arms is real - her left arm is real, the right arm is fake.

edit: well, I should say her left hand is real, though her arm would not actually be in the sleeve going up the gown.
