You've been on the rag alot lately, between your love affair with FX1 and Lonberg foaming at the mouth anything related physX, this place has been a whine-and-moan fest.

Keep at it bro, your posts are the embodiment of "worth" ;)

I don't whine about anything besides flaming posts or purposefully ignorant posts, BRO. And the dude you are defending pulled out the internet's infamous "YOUR A NAZI" argument.

I defend neither company when they mess up, and I praise either company when they do something good. I've praised and recommended AMD time and again since their latest bundles have it. Likewise, I praised Nvidia when kepler first launched for having faster and cheaper products vs. AMD. Look it up or just keep spouting at the mouth as usual.

You guys have to remember that quite a few posters here will defend anything Nvidia until their fingers bleed. They prove it everyday, in fact they're proving it right now in other threads.

If this is directed at me, post links to where I'm doing it "everyday" and "right now."

What kind of fun stuff is there for me to do with this card that will exploit the cuda capabilities?

I already checked out that link before but didn't really see anything fun in there. I was wondering if you guys have done anything with cuda before that was fun?

Fun is pretty subjective. I've had fun doing real work on a computer. I got over it though. :D

This is what makes thing both amusing and at the same time rather sad. I never defended FX1, nor did I ever state he wasn't one of the whiners. The back and forth between you two started off funny, then it turn all creeper-stalker with you literally jumping on each of his posts. After a point I realized FX1 wasn't more than a bias poster, I started to ignore him, but pages of you two making out in the forum, well it was hard to ignore haha. Relax, I don't mind ;)

Just look at this thread and how you blanket accused Lava. He asked what misinformation was he spreading, I jokingly said poke fun of nVidia, yet you felt the need to then jump on me.

Amusing, and yet sad that you don't even see it. Oh well, back to doing what I do best - nothing :D

maybe both. What can I do to use cuda with this card that I might enjoy?
Well that depends. If you like to play with CUDA NV has some excellent resources on their site.If you need any particular pointer let me know.Aside from that you can create some fun apps which can give you all the information regarding your GPU and if you are proficient with DirectX you can trace frame time latencies using Nsight.

isn't there some program out there that turn off that power saving features? power features are only good when reading AT, not when playing games (including older games).

$1000 and still buggy. insult on injury.

"Literally" responding each of his posts is entirely false, inaccurate, an exaggeration, and you know it. If anyone comments on a thread I am involved in, or I read through, and their comments are as idiotic as his, I often say something. In his case, he happens to do it quite often. I have never gone through his post history, except to look back at one of the very first posts he made here to verify that he was the same guy making the same completely false / uneducated / misinformed post that I remembered.

And what did I accuse him of? I did not say he spread misinformation. When I was addressing him directly I broke down his experience specifically.
Posting opinions, experiences, and (for some people) wrong information on a web forum opens a person up to any and all points of criticism, comments, evaluations, etc.

I figured the parenthesis would add enough context clues for you to figure out I wasn't referring to him with that part of my post. I guess I assumed you were smarter than you really are.

I jokingly said poke fun of nVidia, yet you felt the need to then jump on me.

Your post came immediately after mine, included some heaving insinuations, and you honestly expect to hide behind that weak of an excuse? And you accuse me of blanket statements? Ok kid.

Don't understand why if the OP doesn't like his new video card why not just return it? Lot of money there that could go towards other things or back in the bank account.
The drivers will mature also, being an early adopter has it's price. I also own the HD7970, remember how bad those drivers were initially? Seemed like it took forever to get updated drivers...

Because I *want* the card to be all that and then some. I feel like it has serious potential. I was an early adopter of the 7970 too and made similar posts of wanting AMD to get their act together and make the card shine.

There are plenty of instances where this Titan is a beast but I feel like there are a few issues that are near deal breakers for a card that has seemingly been being in production for nearly a year.

Oh God, here we go...Dude, I don't care. I don't think anyone really cares. Whatever you two do is up to you. I was just making fun of it. If he gives you a hard on, power to you.

And what did I accuse him of? I did not say he spread misinformation. When I was addressing him directly I broke down his experience specifically.

Why you asking me, Lava's the one who questioned your commentary of his posts. I was just making fun of him asking what misinformation he was allegedly spreading.

Hey, you know what they say when you assume things ;) I didn't even respond to you, not even once, yet here I am dissecting your posts to me because you got annoyed I made a little joke to Lava about something he felt he was being accused of. Can you connect the dots because I wasn't even involved in your convo with him (or FX or anyone else.)

Really, after yours? Really? You can scroll up, because I quoted Lava, who quoted you, which sort of makes your observation, as you like to say, false, uninformed, and full of misinformation.

So, kid, if you're done assuming things, we can continue :)

Lets just drop it. Seems like we are arguing about stupid semantic crap now. Back to gaming.

it may seem like a year, but the card as a graphics card is pretty much brand new. I do agree with you, though: They could have seen this coming, and worked a little earlier on driver development.

I'm sure they did see it. How could they not have? It doesn't show up in a <5min. benchmark though.

Besides, you're still getting the guaranteed minimum specs. What's the problem? (We all remember this reasoning when 680's weren't boosting to THESE levels.)

Brent Justice said:
GPU Boost is guaranteed to hit 1058MHz in most games. Typically, the GPU will be going much higher. We experienced clock speeds in demo sessions that would raise to 1.150GHz and even 1.2GHz in such games as Battlefield 3.
