Seriously you are not a bad looking guy. Tweeze those eyebrows for sure and go see a doctor about the acne but I'd put you at a 4 with that haircut, 5-6 if you tweeze and a solid 6.5 if you can get rid of the acne. Throw in some stylish clothes and you are all set, I'm a 6.5 myself and you can do just fine there.

I've already seen a dermatologist... They already prescribed me some stuff... It just takes a long time to get rid of it. I've been on the meds for over a month and it hasn't effected me in the slightest. It takes forever apparently if I am even effected by this treatment.

It's working. You may not notice it because you get to look at your face everyday... but it has improved.

Give the meds time to work. I was still battling acne at 19; it's pretty normal.
