there are plenty of sites left, and plenty of places to get current anime from, as long as its unlicensed its easy to fine and will never go away

pirate bay too. 🙁

OH NoES!!

How? They have been fighting it for a long time and even make fun of the letters they get, what happened?

They were not fighting it more it would seem they were ignoring it 😀

It was bound to happen as BT has made piracy easy for the masses much like napster, kazaa and the others.

there will be a new way in a few weeks.

I can't wait for the "OMG THE END IS NEAR Because HAXORELITEPRON.EDU is down"

Yes lets all get mad at the MPAA because they don't want illegal copies of shows or movies on the net.

STFU. By shutting down these sites they are doing a lot more than just preventing people from downloading movies.

all thats gonna happen is that a torrent listing website will be hosted offshore, where mpaa can't do shit. Other countries dont have the the DMCA act, so hosting torrent files is perfectly legal (again torrents conain no copyrighted material)

I must say...everytime one BT tracker site goes down, I find myself finding and using a better site. I thought my BT life was done when SuprNova was down, then I find Torrentreactor...now it's down, I find one better than any I've used...

What's the matter with you thinking you can get Anime in the U.S., you have to go to Japan or at least leave the U.S.

I don't pirate anything anymore, but what seriously annoys me is that it isn't like the movie studios are hurting for cash. For fvck's sake, they make more money yearly than most nation states, and movie ticket prices are insane even though they have COMMERCIALS!!

MPAA can shove it. Maybe I'll head over to Thailand and buy some pirated movies just to piss people off. 😀
