Just went through this last month. Subterranean termites ate the ceiling in my bathroom and it had to be replaced.

I probably would stay away from them. They are over priced. If you find a local company you'd be better off. And one thing you want to make sure is, you need them to use termidor. That is the best crap for subterranian termites. Termidor will get onto the termites and they take if back to their nest and since other termites clean each other, pretty soon the whole colony is wiped out. Alot of companies will skimp out and use the cheaper barrier termicide that kills on contact, that's fine if you want them to reroute somewhere else. Also don't let them talk you into the bait stations, total waste of money. Termites could pass the stations up and go right for your house. Their is some kind of agreement centricon(sp?) has with the pest control places that use their bait systems that doesn't allow it to be used with some or all chemicals. I know you're not allowed to use termidor and centricon.

Just stick with termidor, you can't go wrong.
