My old partner ran the call on the jackpot winner from vegas, it was in the tens of millions.

She was driving her sister home (designated driver) and stopped at a red light, the drunk guy behind them didn't. He went right over the top of their car, decapitating the sister and breaking her neck, and now she is a quad. It was within a month or so of her winning the jackpot if I remember correctly.

She was waiting for her boyfriend at the time, and just plunked in three bucks and ended up winning. Google it if you want, I don't want to post any links because it's such a tragic story. I think it was back in '99 or so...

I'm going to assume that you don't really mean decapitate. But yeah, that sucks

He wrote a poorly worded sentence.....he meant the driver (the designated driver mentioned) had her neck broken and is now a quadraplegic; the sister of the driver, who was the passenger, was decapitated.
