At least get the paid version of malwarebytes to stop that shit from hooking into your system...oh and set up a regular account and dont run as admin.
 
lol that sucks. Even though it's "fake" it's real in the sense that you did indeed just get infected with crap that will try to infect you more and overall just keep popping up at you. I hate how browsers just let this crap through.
