Yep, they are going to take over collaboration/messaging/conferencing. Some of the stuff they have available now is simply mind-blowing.

My company used webex till we found the much cheaper and frankly much friendlier gotomeeting.
It'll be interesting to see if what citrix did for gotomeeting cisco can do for webex

You're thinking like a person, not a company. If it's cheap, then it doesn't cost enough to be good.
