I know how low RAM got. I got 256MB RAM for 110 bux and that is not that good of a deal now! I guess I could fill my Abit out t 1.5GB, but I probably couldn't tell a difference from 512MB.

HA!!! Does anyone around here ACTUALLY buy 64mb chips nowadays? Anyone also notice that these chumps said megaBIT (instead of the correct term megaBYTE)?
I just recieved my new memory today. I got scared when prices shot up slightly on pricewatch last Friday and bought a stick. Of course, now memory came back down again, but that's OK by me.

Well, when they say 64-megabit they are referring to the density of the individual chips themselves. Most memory chips use 64-megabit densities now, but will soon by replaced by higher density 32x4 (128-megabit) density chips, which are only supported by newer chipsets such as the VIA Apollo and AMD's Athlon chipsets.
I got 512MB a while ago. That is, 4x128. My P3B-F has problems with handling 4 chips, so I sold one. Leaving me 384 MB. I'm using NT, and even with bunch of apps like Photoshop, AutoCAD many other open, never reach 300 MB usage.
