My kids opened email with a worm in it. I am running Nortons 2002 and always have it on auto update. But this worm ate my nortons and all the files in my control panel. Yuck! The only saving grace was it did not destroy my hard drive. I had to reload everything on both computers. What a pain in the a--!
On a good note I found a new zip tool on zd net that I really like, called super zip.
Well I am back up and loading my WU cache but let this serve as a warning. There is a new virus ie worm out there that Nortons does not protect against.
As soon as this is done I am off to do super double coupons at the Kroger near here. Who hoo free groceries!:|
