Look at the item description:

There's nothing vague about that; the winner is a complete idiot if he thinks there is anything more than just the spreader.

My thoughts exactly, i think the 0534MPMW was a good stepping, my 165 stepping is 0534SPMW which is good but not as good as that stepping IIRC. So it could be desirable if you faked a processor. There is a lot of ebay scum out there that would actually do this.
