Oh my god someone hacked Ashley Madison...

part of me wants them to release the info because the shitstorm will be amazing to watch,

the other part of me feels bad for potentially some people involved

however I really just wanna watch the world burn so ....

I have no sympathy for anyone involved. It's not like they were forced to join it and look for an affair.

LOL,

I've known men/woman that were in unhappy shit marriages who wanted to go outside. They used AM and other sites, eventually divorcing anyway.

Personally, I don't really have a strong opinion in marriage period!!! I don't feel marriage is compatible from a biological standpoint.

oooo, you're so funny, oooo, buuuuurrrrrrnnnn

😛

I fully expect it will be several million real men, and tens of millions fake women. Remember Ashley Madison was taken to court recently by a female employee who claimed carpel tunnel because she was forced to create thousands of fake female accounts.

Only reason democrats wouldn't be on that list is because they wouldn't be trying to hide it.

wth is ashley madison?

From the sounds of your responses:
Site to help you cheat?
Help you cheat with others who have same fantasy?

What does the hack have to do with exposing people?
People who use it use their real life details and name?

IDGI - Why are members worried? People wouldn't sign up with their real email, would they?

You sign up with a credit card from what I have read. That will have to go back to a real name and address at some point.

If I was searching for a girl (regardless of if I had a girl or not) why would I limit a sites theme of "cheaters" limit me?

Point being, who says all (or the majority) of users on that site are cheaters? Maybe they are just trying any dating website they can. Plus, knowing how much girls like to make another guy cheat with them to screw over another woman, I would try it too if I was single.

how does AM differ from other dating site? do you have to be married?
if i want to have an affair (and want to keep it a secret), i would never go to any website and give them my infos...

Not judging in any way, but Ashley Madison's whole point is to find hookups for those already in relationships of some sort. It's not really just a regular dating site. If you're looking for a long-term monogamous relationship and ultimately, marriage, Ashley Madison isn't appropriate for you.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashley_Madison

Ashley Madison is an online dating service and social networking service marketed to people who are already in a relationship, whose slogan is "Life is short. Have an affair."

Trish McDermott, a consultant who helped found Match.com, accused Ashley Madison of being a "business built on the back of broken hearts, ruined marriages, and damaged families". Biderman responded by stating that the site is "just a platform" and a website or a commercial will not convince anyone to commit adultery. According to Biderman, affairs help preserve many marriages.

Very good.

Spill them all.

In Europe it is called Victoria Milan.
It seems it started in Norway ?

What? Is it possible to have more than one e-mail on the Internet? /s

They also have a service where you pay to have all your records permanently deleted (spoiler: it's a lie, they keep the record of you purchasing the delete service including card used, who knows how permanent the rest of it is).

If I was searching for a girl (regardless of if I had a girl or not) why would I limit a sites theme of "cheaters" limit me?

Maybe people think it is safer to cheat when your cheat partner does the same. Is it less likely the partner will disclose it, due to both being equally at fault?

Probably every congressman, senator, and governor is in there.

I'd imagine that most major league politicians have better ways of getting a mistress.

I'd imagine that a few mayors of podunk towns and state senators will probably lose their jobs over this, though.

Lol I never knew this site existed. Now I'm glad they got hacked!

Seriously, anyone who cheats deserves a swift kick to the most sensitive area of their body. If you aren't satisfied with a relationship, then leave. Trying to have your cake and eat it too on false premises, which will inevitably end up hurting everyone involved, is the definition of needy and pathetic.

Actually as long as you assume the site is secure almost any other way probably looks riskier. At they very least you have to let someone else in on it, staff or otherwise, and that puts you at risk.
