The mother of a 17-year-old teenager from Vienna, Va., whose body was discovered in a shallow grave Wednesday, told News4 in an exclusive interview that the death of her daughter has not sunk in yet.

"I'm still completely numb," Janet Pelasara said. "I still can't imagine that my daughter was found in a shallow grave, decomposed, unrecognizable. They had to use her dental records. I think when all of this comes down, once the funeral happens, I think then that it will really hit me and I'll know that she's never coming home again."

Taylor Behl's body was found in a remote part of Mathews County and was positively identified Thursday.

Even though I dont believe in the state sanctioned death penalty, I do believe in street justice and I hope the F#ck3r gets killed by someone in prison!

Sh!t, there were thousands of black people at the Superdome after the hurricane that didn't get the help some of these missing girls get, and they weren't even missing. :|

EDIT: lol, we're talking about the media, right? I think my rant extends more to the U.S. government... 😛

Did you read that somewhere ? I only read the story I linked and it only mentioned they found underage porn pictures on his computer... charged him for it, and it's not even linked to the victim. What am I missing - where is that info ?

This is the only part that even remotely links him to this death:
He said one of Fawley's ex-girlfriends owns a property near where the body was found.

Police said they were led to the area by photographs seized during their investigation.
Taylor's friend also conducted their own search using the internet. That is how they turned up a web page entitled, "Deviant Art," which contains pictures from Fawley. On the web page are photos of a farmhouse that is approximately the same age and architectural style as the building on the property where the remains were found.

According to reports, one picture contains the caption, "I saw this on May 15 with someone special."

Interesting, here in the Kansas City area all we ever used to hear about was Precious Doe an unidentified african american little girl that was found decapitated. We heard little or none about Precious Joe an unidentified white little boy found dead. All death is terrible and yes it sucks that one is portrayed to be more important than the next, but to me a death is a death and a missing person is a missing person. Black, white, yellow, green whatever color they may be.... every story is sad to me.

Btw, the little girl has since been identified and her "parents" arrested for the killing...
