oh man... this is kinda sad...

That would have been ownage of the century if the croc was just faking, bit his head off and then said "YOU JUST GOT PUNK'D!"

I've always maintained that Steve Irwin was a raging alcoholic and now I have the proof!

How could any non-drunk person feel emotion like that for a dead reptile? I mean, seriously... 😕

wtf?!!?!? hahahahahaa!!! he loved the croc like he loved his wife?! uhhhh........

i was waiting for the croc to call out "lol jk!!" and bite him

It's not like it was just a random crocodile, it had a name like it was a pet. Like none of you ever cried over losing a pet.

Hell, the crocodile was probably nice to him as well. My pug was a bastard and I was glad when he died.

I think it's weird, but you know you gotta have those bleeding-heart folk to balance out us uncaring bastards.

he called the croc mary? wtf? anyway, even if it was a pet, he is going to pieces. i can just see his wife hearing this and saying, "he loves the disgusting reptile equaly to me? fine. i'll leave one in his bed. he can fvck that instead..."😀!

It wasn't his pet, it was a random crocodile that he named. If I walk back into the woods and start naming all the bugs and animals that I see, I should cry when they die, since they're now my pets?

Wildlife and animals are his life and his passion. They are extremely important to him, and one that he's worked with for a long time died.

It's called "being passionate" and really giving a damn about something in life. He loved animals. I'm sure most of the people on this forum would break down if their precious porn collection was suddenly wiped out, or if their new LCD developed a new dead pixel.

I have a feeling that 1) She wasn't surprised to hear that, and 2) that's part of why she married him, knowing of his unconditional love for animals.
