He is going to be killed by his fellow inmates.
If not for being specially treated.....than for murdering 270 people from their country.
 
He still has to exercise and work with the rest of the population. He'll be dead inside of a year if the other inmates are remotely predictable.

This sounds nicer than many people's apartments. Some incentive to kill over 200 people.

Edit: By the way, I laughed to keep from crying.
 
Even if he gets all that, it's still prison. He's still trapped there, and cant leave there. He shouldnt be given all that though, especially for killing so many people. He'll soon be like the rest of the people there though, and probably will be dead.
 
Hey, you guys forget though...the death penalty is the *easy* way out. Now, he has to suffer for the rest of his life in that awful prison thinking about all the bad things he's done [/s]
