Oh man oh man oh man...BEST schedule ever!

I just registered for my classes for this spring and next fall - and I've realized one thing: FOUR DAY WEEKENDS ARE SWEET. Here's a link to my fall term schedule: mischedule.com. Only one class on Monday (from 1-2) and none on Friday! Sweet!

Any other remarkable schedules to let me know about? I'm also taking a Psych class spring term - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1-4 p.m.

Ahem...Dutch? I consider Dutch to be part of my weekend. It's a great class.

Sorry guy. Having to go to class kind of takes away that weekend day. I remember when I had a 4 day weekend 2 quarters back...ahhh sweet bliss.

lemme get this straight...in other words...there are times you walk down the street and say to yourself.

"Sex or Dutch? Sex or Dutch...duh...go to Dutch obviously" "Drink or dutch, drink or dutch...dutch."

Priorities outta whack huh?

Here's a good one.. in 4 years of college, I have never had an 8am! Sad isn't it, that that was my single goal when I was a freshman, and I made it to Sr year w/o one! See, I acheieved something.

Well yes, as a matter of fact, I enjoy speaking Dutch more than I do boning chicks. :)

I'm not saying Dutch is the highlight of my days, but with only one class on Monday and having it be Dutch (w/a laid back teacher and a small, easygoing class), it'll be like a day during the weekend.

I only have classes tue/thurs this quarter but its solid from 10am to about 9pm or so. 16 units in two days = hell to pay but 4 day weekends and time to work and less time spent commuting.

your guys' class schedules are nice and all... but having a day off isn't that great imho unless you know other people that have the same day off... as for my schedule... i don't start before 1pm every day.... classes:

M: 1-3
T: 2-3
W: 1-3
R: 1-540
F: 1-2

every day i get to wake up whenever i feel like, go chill, eat a nice breakfast/lunch/brunch, go to class, see the ladies all day, come back from classes in time to go to the beach to run in the sand and work-out, then head back to campus and play basketball, study for an hour or two, stay up chatting, posting and the like, sleep at 2-3 and not have to worry about not getting 8 hrs of sleep. top that :)

I hate you.

P.S. Do you have any connections at Nectos? Maybe I can tell them that I know the DPS guy and that you won't pick up anybody tomorrow....;)

Honestly I'll call that a horrible schedule. You have to sit through 5.5 hours of boring class a day (I can barely get through 2 hours of class a day before my mind wants to wander). You won't get a decent lunch with only an hour and it being in the middle of the afternoon. You will have days when you have 3 or 4 tests all on the same day (that is a nightmare for tough majors - but since your classes look easy it might not be that bad). Both your mornings and your afternoons are shot and since you crammed all those classes together your evenings will likely be shot studying and doing homework. So basically for 3.5 days you are doing school non-stop - no going out with friends, no nothing - your friends will want to go out and party on Mon, Tues, or Wed and you cannot go since you are scrambling to keep up with a week's worth of work in just 3.5 days. If you are sick you are going to miss a heck of a lot of class (or in other words you cannot easilly take a day off if needed).

No to me the ideal schedule is spread out evenly. All the classes at roughly the same time (so you have every morning to sleep in or every afternoon to go have fun in the sun). Never having more than one test on the same day. Being able to do homework as I please since you have the full week to spread it out. If I'm sick or want to skip, no big deal - I'll just miss one class. Friends want to go out - fine I'll come too since I only have one class the next day, I have all the time in the world to eat lunch whenever I want and wherever I want. Everything the exact opposite of yours is what I call the best schedule ever.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I think having Friday off from school and only ONE class on Monday is better than having 5 full days of class per week. And even on my heaviest days, I've only got class for 5-6 hours. Remember high school? Obviously not, since you had class for 7 hours a day with an hour for lunch.

Oh, and I've got class today from 10-3 and you don't see me crying about it, do you? :)
