Oh, how I love curry :D

i'm not going to lie. That doesnt look very good at all. I would have to try a taste anyways though 😀

That looks pretty nasty, imo, and I love all kinds of curries.

What kind of curry was it? "Curry" doesn't tell us much.

Red curry I guess? I really don't know. I just make it how my grandma made it.

Tamil 😀 Close enough.

hmm...that looks more like malu food. What kind of tamilian are you? I mean where form?

Far south (KK district), Nagercoil is probably the closest city. I'm very near Kerala, ~ 2 hours from Thiruvandapuram.

Cool. Sorry, didn't mean to sound insulting.

Some of my Indian (Andhra Pradesh) buddies make curries just about every night, and they like to use what I call chicken pieces (or sometimes just the whole damn chicken). Being American I don't find that very appetizing, but a lot of the Indian restaurants use chicken breast now even in the traditional curries.

Yuck, I hate curry. I live in Fremont, CA, which is Curry Capital USA (VERY high Indian population). Living in an apartment complex around here is sure to give you curry overload and make you hate curry. My wife, who's father was English loved curry before we moved into an apartment in Fremont. Now she can't stand it just because of the smell alone.

I used to live in a complex with probably 90% Indians as well. I loved it, because all I had to do was walk down the hall to get a good meal. They would almost demand to share, even if they didn't know me that well.

I like the one served with noodles. It also has sliced bamboo shoots in it too. I believe it's called Chicken Curry Noodle.
