Good god, I haven't been on ATOT since...... forever ago due to the shittiest schedule ever this semester. But I finally got a chance to breathe and log in. There are teething pains in any switch like this. I suspect we will see more before things settle down. There's bound to be a spree of BANs and people leaving in disgust. Whatever, I'll still be here.

When did the official switch actually happen? Last time I was around there was talk, but that's about it. Everyone was waiting for it to happen. Oh, and then that fuckin' pickle site showed up.

They beta tested it for several weeks off and on as a separate forum. The actual switch on the main forum/database happened only 2 or 3 days ago. It will take a few weeks to iron out all the kinks. Thing is the preset defaults for a lot of things on VBulletin like the default smileys and the like are different than on Fusetalk. To bring back the old stuff they have to manually import this stuff. I'm guessing it will come in due time. They have some other issues they have to iron out though which are more important. There are some inconsistancies in the importing of the database. Peoples join dates have been messed up, some members might have other issues. I've seen some wonky posts here and there and the database seems to have crashed a few times?
