I don't wanna move. I live in the nice part of this certain area. Now I'm moving to a place where I call "ghetto". Moving for the first time. I've lived in my current house my whole life. Oh no, imagine, now I actually gotta clean up my room. Ahhhhhhhhh! :Q
 
Damn sorry to hear that. Moving sucks! Not so much the moving but all the freakin' packing and unpacking!!
 
I know, I got a lot of crap here lying around and in my closet. Damn, now I gotta go fight the roaches and clean my closet! 😉
 
There's a simple way to deal with roaches. Take a can of aerosol hairspray (not the spritz kind, but the mist kind, the ones that spray no longer how long you hold the cap) and light it. The flame will kill the roaches, but watch out for flammable things.
 
LOL, I just moved, and lemme tell you it sucks. Not just the packing, the unpacking, the lifting heavy furniture, sitting in the back of a bumpy van on the highway with other sh!t falling on you, but also having to get situated in a new neighborhoood.

Damn it all.
 
I've moved way too much in my life.

3 or 4 times in Germany

Then the move here to the US.

3 moves so far within Iowa.

Then moved to college.

Moving is suck 😛

First we lived in a tiny little house in a little town called &quot;Coggon&quot;. The year after that we moved into a giant victorian house within the same time.
A year after that my stepdad was offered a job back close to his hometown. So we moved there to be close to his parents. The year after that we moved out into the country. My parents have lived there for like 4 years now, but I've moved back and forth to college.


That, Mday, is how you move more than once within Iowa 😉

Something you can try to make it easier for you, try and take a positive or at least neutral attitude about it. After all, you never know what may happen. Moving is hard, no matter where you go, thinking positively may make it easier.

If I had to move now it would be a pain. When I was in college and afterwards I moved a lot, but everything I owned I could carry with me (didn't have a car) so it wasn't a big deal.
 
in the last 5 years, i lived in a small crappy house, then a big nice cool house, then a small nice house, now a bigass crappy house, and we're moving AGAIN (final move)

This time, our new house had better be in a location with DSL or Cable dammit!
 
i was born in Germany, my dad was a captain in the US army occupying berlin and i was born on an army base. I then moved to boston, then to corning NY, then to Cleveland, Ohio, then to syracuse indiana, then to where i live now in upstate NY. Bear in mind i'm only 17... I hate moving, it blows.
 
Yay! Roadrunner is available where I'm moving. Actually it's available where I live now. Just that I have a separate phone line thats more important than broadband. Gonna get broadband and switch over the number to the new house. *L* Yay! =)
