I was sitting here scratching my face with a random object I had lying on my desk for like 5 mins, then I realized I was holding a .50 AP bullet...... yikes

Question: Why do you have a live .50 round laying on your desk?

Good thing you don't work in a razor blade factory.

(Do you always scratch yourself with random items without looking???)

Another question: Why do you scratch your face with random objects before looking at them?

I know this thread was tongue in cheek, but a bullet isn't going to blow up in your hands like that. ;)

Edit: I type slowly. Sue me.

Could you build up enough static to fire the primer?

Would static even fire the primer of a .50 cal.

Nah, you were in no danger.. still I guess it was not smart..

One time I got really pissed and I had a pocket full of .22 carts so I reached into my pocket and threw about 20 out
into the street (hard) and one went off.. I dont think my pants have ever been that full (and I mean that scared the sh!t outta me).

a.22 is a rimfire cart too, though, so the primer would be hitting the ground.... with my .50, its this massive centerfire primer. its HUGE
