I called to check on the status of an International Express shipment (2nd Business Day) from Hong Kong and when i spoke to the lady at customer service her first response was "We can get a package from Hong Kong to Florida in 2 days? Hmmmmmmm"

Lovely, last scan was in KOWLOON BAY, HK yesterday and it shows it was just a 'PICKUP SCAN'.

I hope it actually comes, do international shipments usually have sketchy tracking?
 
UPS has been teh suk lately. Hope you get your lappy soon. I just ordered a new Dell. Will have it in a few weeks..... :Q :Q :Q!!!!!!!


Seems Dell needs extra "build" time to add a second battery.

Hey UPS is better than Fedex, a fedex truck just recently (yesterday) hit a kid on a bike near street by the highschool highschool i used to go to after school got out. the kid was OK, just some stiches, that is all. So if your fedex rates go up, blame it on this.

oh and my experience with fedex is that their tracking system is verry laggy compared to UPS.
 
Maybe you'll have good luck...I've had two packages in the last two days, and both were very timely. Granted, domestic shipping, but the tracking was correct.

Good luck! And maybe you could get your money back if it's over the 2-days?
