Oh Crap...Yearly Reviews today at work.

I just came in and my supervisor just took someone to the conference room.

That can only mean one thing... yearly reviews including raises.

Now i'm nervous i have to get some 'cojones' now to ask for more money.

we are having ours to...I really dont care if I get a raise or not...cost of living raise is a guarantee...I never sweat these things

I'm good but they are cheap! they will offer like a .30 cent raise, i need more like a 5,000$ raise to my yearly income.
