How often do you shampoo your hair?

I've grown up with the once a day kind of routine. I've been trying to do it like once every three or four days or whatever because then my hair might get oily slower. It tends to be that I am saudia arabia within hours of having shampoo'd my hair! I have really productive whatever it is that makes that oil. I forgot. I listened to a stuff you should know podcast on it.

Anyway, some people only do it once a week or once a month or never. They have perfectly fine hair apparently. I don't. I'd literally have to shampoo my hair twice a day or more to keep it non-super-oily most of the time. I've capped it at once a day though. So, I was wondering what ATOT thinks and what their shampoo woes could be.

Poll included.

sebaceous gland

It depends on the texture of your hair. If you get some curls or waves, then your hair won't get as oil as fast.

I forgot to mention I also have dandruff pretty bad. I guess it's not horrible, but it's definitely not good.

It sucks. I've been using head and shoulders for years and no results!

IDK WHAT I AM DOING WRONG. :'(

no one could possibly be as pathetic as the person you describe yourself as in all of these threads. you MUST be trolling.

no. but you seem to be extremely miserable in your life, but don't seem to want to do anything about it but make excuses and post on ATOT.

If anyone payed any attention to a majority of my threads, I think anyone could tell that.

Although, where you're wrong is: I do want to do something about it. It is just that I do not like doing things that take a lot of effort or where it involves emotions I do not like experiencing. :hmm:

i think you're just messing with us. but i was around for the whole "person who i probably shouldn't name" mess, so i'm a little skeptical.

not much you can do about oily hair, although there are special shampoos (for realz, not head and shoulders) for different scalp conditions. medicated shampoos and whatnot. it also might help with your acne. i know when i had longer hair as a teen i had more breakouts than after i cut it.

You should remind me. I've had so many life crises that I've posted on here that I am quite forgetful about all the specifics. I'm hoping that soon, posters here will know my life better than I will. I'm thinking of starting a thread that just summarizes me in a post with links to all my threads, pictures of me, pictures of me that were edited, etc. The whole backdrop to my life.

Yeah, I've heard about special shampoos, but I don't know if I really need them or not. It's not severe, like I said. The oiliness though is annoying.

Use T-Gel, its expensive as fuck but it gets rid of all your dandruff and doesn't dry anything out.
