How do I know that I am doing new ones?

just loaded klinux on my server and it just got 23 packets from dnet! 130.161.38.86:2064

Just trying to help the ogr TeAm😉
 
If you got them straight from DNet then they should be allright.
They are not yet sending out old stubs and randoms stubs are not accepted. The client does not know how to do a random OGR stub.

When I look at the list of keyservers, they are all re-filled, so you're in good shape. Looks like D.Net has released more OGR Stubs. I believe their goal was to clear the buffers so they could find out what stubs have or have not been done. I certainly didn't expect them to re-fill the buffers this soon, but they should all be stubs that nobody has turned in before, either first or second pass.
