OGR stats for 11-12-2000... error....

My guess is that at least 2 of the D.Net proxies were acting as the "roach motel" of WU's. They checked in, but they didn't check out. :disgust: I think it was proxy3.red.wa.us and proxy1.delft.nl that were still showing several thousand WU's in their out-buffers shortly after the stats updates. (I say "I think" because I didn't have time to post when I first noticed it and now one of them has flushed).
