I recently UPGRADED 🙂 a Win 98 Machine to Red Hat, and only saw an Increase from @ 3K/s to @ 3.1K/s in Dnet OGR.
Did I do something wrong?

Nothing's wrong. All the clients are pretty much optimized equally so the keyrates tend to be similar irrespective of OS. 🙂

What would make the keyrate change would be the type of CPU, with AMDs tending to do much better than Intels.
