This Series so far has the lowest rating ever, a full 20% behind the previous lowest which was St.Louis and Detroit in 2006. I bet after this Series is finished it'll be even lower than 20%

meh who cares? it's just because the "big market" teams aren't in it, the baseball being played is pretty damn good though, even though the umpires are spotty at best

philadelphia isn't a big market team???

Of course, with Philly, angry fans = ratings. And Buck makes us angry :)

we here think he, and fox, have a definite anti-boston bias. coincidence?

Good lord. I love the Rays and the Phillies. While I'll agree that they're idiots, I think they've been even with the compliments.

mccarver and buck are probably going to have a circle jerk session in the broadcasting booth if price has a 1-2-3 inning.

Yeah, they are, 4th largest or so I think.

CHASE! Not a big base stealer but one of the best base runners in baseball.

Edit: But no one outside of the scattered Philly area disaspora gives a tinker's damn about them.

No Boston or New York or LA or even Atlanta sex appeal for the casual idiot "fan."

There! They just said that Phillies have made the big hits. And that the on deck hitter has hit a HR on Price.

3 outs from ending a drought since 83 for Philly and 80 for the Phils. Let's see if Evan, Rocco and Dioner can keep us alive.

Great run Rays, but better luck next time. Feliz, you bastard, ditched Gmen and wins a ring.

I wonder if they'll have a massive idiot riot in Philly tonight.

Lol, even with the tying run on first and only one out, I 'm going to go with "not 'gonna happen."
