And its so true, they have absolutely no football, but yeah, thats to be expected, not even sure how they qualified

Portugal will have a really hard time though, because they are bad at handling defensive teams with a closed game

Haha, they sure looked happy that they scored a goal against Brazil, again to quote our guy "Korea looks as though they just won Euro Millions"
 
shit, to allow an goal from DRK is not a good sign for Brazil. Shall check Brazillian news site for the condemnation :biggrin:
 
Honestly, NK team was very organized and played with spirit and enthusiasm, unlike many other teams that I've seen in the last few days. Overall an enjoyable game in a WC with mostly boring games so far.

Agreed regarding Portugal - they basically rely on C. Ronaldo to score goals. In one of their warm up games they drew 0-0 with Cape Verde Islands!!

Korea so is not the worst team in the tournament, I would not say they have no football either. I mean did you expect them to come out aggressive thinking score against Brazil? serious if they were thinking scoring it would be 10-2 ... Brazil can carry the ball from one end to the other in less than 1 minute with 10 passes and a goal ...They are fast, skilled, and experience. I think PRK strategy was to play defense and make the best out of their chances with somewhat long distance shots. There are a couple of players on that team that can strike from distance with accuracy...just my opinion.

It was a huge goal for them man... I remember Morocco one time played Brazil in the WC and we lost 3-1 completely one sided match, but fans were super happy with the one goal...dignity goal mate.
 
What matches are you guys looking forward to? Personally I won't miss ARG-Korea/ France-Mexico/ Brazil- Cote D'Ivoire
There are some other potentially good ones of course, but I am looking forward this matches ... and it goes without saying, all US games.

yeah all of those, FRA v RSA, All the Groupd C matches, Germany v Ghana, Netherlands v Japan(hell most of Group E's matches that are left)

Portugal v NK

Chile v Spain

yeah Portugal NK will be interesting ...can you imagine NK qualify to play SK ...I know it's close to impossible, but it would make something out of this world cup for sure ...haha. I am not sure they would exchange flags even...
 
I'm really looking forward to Brazil v Portugal. While watching Brazil, even though they didnt score a lot, it makes me think the USA really doesn't have a chance of winning this whole thing. Brazil is in a league of their own. The quality of paces, the creative movement off teh ball, quality runs, great first touches etc.... They are simply amazing.

Brazil vs Portugal should be a good one. Probably the best matchup in the 1st round.
